Job Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Fulfillment

• Ensure 100% manpower occupancy as per the approved manpower budget for the location.
• Maintain 100% SLA adherence and compliance related to recruitment processes.
• Manage an appropriate source mix (job portals, referrals, vendors, social media, internal databases) based on organizational requirements.

Candidate Screening & Selection

• Handle end‑to‑end sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
• Shortlist candidates for final rounds in alignment with job requirements and hiring manager expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and next steps to ensure seamless hiring flow.

Behavioral & Functional Expectations

• Strong articulation and communication skills.
• Passionate about HR and recruitment with a balanced approach of confidence, humility, and sensitivity.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high‑volume hiring needs efficiently.
