Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources department. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and HR operations while ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Help in payroll coordination with the accounts department.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidential employee information.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year experience in HR or recruitment.
• PreferredExperience with HRMS software.
• Knowledge of basic labor laws and payroll process.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month (depending on experience).
