Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & StaffingManpower planning as per production requirements
- Hiring operators, supervisors, sales staff, and office staff
- Conduct interviews and finalize candidates
- Onboarding and induction process
- 2. Attendance & Payroll ManagementManaging attendance through HR software (GreytHR or similar)
- Salary processing, overtime calculation, ESIC, PF, TDS
- Leave management (CL, EL, SL tracking)
- 3. Statutory Compliance (Factory Based)Compliance under:
- Factories Act, 1948
- Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
- Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948
- Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
- Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
- Maintaining labour registers and statutory documentation
- Handling labour inspections and audits
- 4. Policy & Discipline ManagementDrafting HR policies and SOPs
- Handling misconduct, warning letters, termination procedures
- Maintaining discipline in factory premises
- 5. Performance & AppraisalKPI-based performance tracking for operators & supervisors
- Conducting appraisal process
- Employee training & skill development
- 6. Employee EngagementGrievance handling
- Welfare activities
- Retention strategies
