Job Role:
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations for our share market & advisory team.
Office Timings:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
1st Saturday: Off
2nd & 3rd Saturday: Half Day
4th Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring for stock market profiles
Conduct interviews & coordinate with departments
Manage onboarding, attendance & HR documentation
Implement HR policies & maintain positive work culture
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years HR experience in Share Market / Broking / Advisory
Strong communication & financial hiring knowledge
Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 + ₹10,000 incentives
