Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

• Manage employee records & HR documentation

• Oversee attendance, leave & payroll coordination

• Implement HR policies & performance management

• Resolve employee queries and grievances

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager/HR Executive

• Strong communication & organizational skills
