HR Recruiter

 Prior experience in recruitment / HR calling

role

 Mandatory experience handling 80+ candidate

calls per day

●     

 Strong English communication skills (verbal

& written)

●     

 Excellent coordination and follow-up

abilities

●     

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

for MIS tracking

●     

 Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring

environment

●     

 Conduct daily recruitment calls to qualified

candidates (Minimum 80+ calls per day – Mandatory)

●     

 Screen and shortlist candidates based on job

requirements

●     

 Schedule and coordinate interviews with

hiring managers

●     

 Maintain accurate candidate tracking MIS and

recruitment reports

●     

 Follow up with candidates for feedback and

documentation

●     

 Coordinate onboarding process and joining

formalities

●     

 Assist in HR operations and basic

compliance-related tasks
