HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter with experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding support. The role requires strong communication skills, target-driven hiring ability, and hands-on experience with multiple hiring platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
• Negotiate salary, release offers, and follow up till joining
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Experience working on job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good knowledge of IT roles (developers, testers, support, etc.) and Non-IT roles (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
