About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closures for critical positions in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for BFSI roles (Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, FinTech).
• Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines.
• Meet defined TATs (turnaround time) and recruitment targets.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor practices in BFSI hiring.

Requirements:-

• 1–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in BFSI hiring).
• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BFSI / NBFC roles
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools & portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Apna, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
