HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher/Experienced) to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Understand hiring requirements from managers
• Post job openings on portals, social media & other channels
• Source candidates through job portals, references & networking
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic/virtual/in-person interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates & panel
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
