HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job descriptions and requirements from hiring managers.

• Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

• Maintain recruitment metrics and submit regular reports.

• Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment.

• Good understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus
