Role Overview

Zenvora Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles. The candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to handle pressure & targets
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Strong convincing skills

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
• Freshers & experienced both can apply

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand)
