HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment calling, candidate screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to handle high-volume hiring efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily recruitment calls to qualified candidates (Minimum 40+ calls per day – Mandatory)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking MIS and recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding process and joining formalities
• Assist in HR operations and basic compliance-related tasks

Required Skills & Criteria

• Prior experience in recruitment / HR calling role
• Mandatory experience handling 40+ candidate calls per day
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS tracking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
