HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments such as sales, operations, finance, HR, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management ability, and experience in bulk or lateral hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-IT positions

Understand job requirements from hiring managers

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage offer negotiation and onboarding process

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Ensure timely closure of positions

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of non-IT job roles and market trends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Expertise in sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment

Experience in bulk hiring or consultancy is a plus

Time-to-fill positions

Quality of hires

Offer acceptance ratio

Hiring manager satisfaction
