Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Bulk Hiring.
• Experience in BFSI or Logistics hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
