Human Resource Executive

• Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Manage employee onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Address employee queries related to HR policies
• Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist in training and development programs
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office
• Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Preferred Candidate:Experience in corporate or consultancy environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
