Position Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented, responsible, and proactive HR Generalist / HR Manager who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Employment Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in HR (Generalist or Recruitment role)

Education: Bachelor’s / Post-Graduation in any discipline

Gender: Male and Female both can apply

Age: No bar

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Two-wheeler mandatory (bank and project visits required)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Administration & management support to Company Director

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding

• Employee induction, engagement, and retention activities

• Performance management, appraisals, and increments

• HR operations, grievance handling, and exit formalities

• Participation in internal meetings for business growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 4 LPA – Negotiable based on candidate’s experience and suitability

• Annual festival bonus

• Probation Period: 2 months

• Travel allowances

• Lucrative annual increment

• 6 days working with rotational week off
