Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and support day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus
