Position: Customer Support Associate (Inbound Process)

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Rotational

In-hand Salary: ₹13,000 To 16,000 per month

Training Payout: ₹250 per working day (Training duration: 28–30 days)

Job Description –

• Customer Support Associate – Inbound Process
• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer queries related to products/services
• Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper call documentation and follow company guidelines

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Undergraduates & Graduates are eligible
• Freshers can apply
• Key Skills RequiredCustomer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
