Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. You will apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and requirements.
- Design and implement network infrastructures that meet client specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on network infrastructure solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in network infrastructures.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of network infrastructure technologies and vendors.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based network infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network design and implementation.

Additional Information:
