Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive at GETCERTX will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, understanding learner requirements, recommending the right IT certification programs, and converting enquiries into enrollments. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.


  • 1. Lead Handling & ProspectingManage inbound leads from Meta ads, Google campaigns, WhatsApp, and website enquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and generate interest in GETCERTX certification programs.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, background, eligibility, and career goals.


  • 2. Sales ConsultationUnderstand customer requirements (career shift, upskilling, certification goals).
  • Recommend the right program: AWS, Azure, Microsoft, CompTIA, PMP, SAP S/4 HANA, CISA, CISM, etc.
  • Explain program features, curriculum, trainer expertise, pricing, EMI options, and career benefits.
  • Conduct video/voice counseling sessions when needed.


  • 3. Follow-ups & ConversionsShare brochures, demo sessions, sample videos, and fee structures.
  • Follow up regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Handle objections (pricing, timing, doubt clarification).
  • Ensure high conversion rate and meet monthly enrollment targets.


  • 4. CRM & ReportingUpdate CRM with every lead activity, call notes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reports and daily activity logs.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager for target tracking and conversions.


  • 5. Coordination & Customer SupportWork closely with the operations team for learner onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth handover after enrollment.
  • Resolve basic learner queries regarding class schedules, trainer info, and documentation.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Tele-counseling (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and consistent follow-ups.
  • Experience selling IT certification programs is a big advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared).
  • Ability to work in target-driven environments with discipline and ownership.
  • Additional RequirementsBasic understanding of IT certifications like AWS, Azure, CompTIA, PMP, SAP, etc.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, Google Sheets, and call tracker.
  • Ready to work on weekends during peak campaigns (with weekday off).
  • Positive attitude, strong persuasion skills, and problem-solving ability.
