Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 per month

 Key Responsibilities:

Prospect & Sell: Find new clients via networking, calls, and referrals; sell policies to individuals and businesses.

Needs Assessment: Interview clients to understand financial situations, goals, and risks.

Policy Recommendation: Explain policy features (health, life, property, casualty, etc.) and customize programs to fit needs.

Client Support: Assist with applications, renewals, policy changes, and the claims process.

Relationship Management: Maintain client records, build long-term relationships, and grow your customer base.

Compliance & Learning: Stay current on industry news, regulations, and products. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation, and time management abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Knowledge of various insurance products and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Often requires licensure and potentially a degree or relevant experience.                                               Working Hours: As per company norms.
