Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to assist clients in implementing effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will also focus on functional and application designs, ensuring that the technology and business solutions align with the clients' requirements, ultimately contributing to their success and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in integration processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud migration strategies and best practices. - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API management. - Experience with integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft or Apache Camel. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
