About the Role:

PolarisBuzz is seeking a talented Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of our upcoming coworking space project. You will be responsible for conceptualizing the space, creating detailed designs, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations for the coworking space.
• Create detailed floor plans, mood boards, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material selection and execution.
• Plan and oversee on-site execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct site visits, supervise work progress, and ensure quality standards.
• Present design ideas and revisions to the management team.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (coworking/commercial spaces preferred).
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar design tools.
• Ability to create functional yet aesthetically appealing spaces.
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
