Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring smooth execution as per project

plans.

• Labour Management: Manage and coordinate workers on-site, ensuring productivity and

discipline.

• Quality Control: Conduct checks on materials received, ensuring compliance with quality

standards.

• Inventory Management: Maintain and track construction materials, tools, and site resources.
• Daily Reporting: Submit site progress reports, material usage, and labour attendance to

management.

• Work Execution: Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality.
• Problem-Solving (Fire-Fighting Approach): Address site challenges efficiently, making quick

decisions when needed.
