International Sales Executive - Voice Process

Job Title: Appointment Setter – US Process 

Location: Indore (Work from Office) 

Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) 

Employment Type: Full-time 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our sales & marketing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US market, and the ability to engage with prospects professionally. The role involves setting up qualified appointments, handling Zoom meetings, managing inbound/outbound calls, and supporting lead generation activities.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Make outbound calls, handle inbound queries, and schedule appointments with US-based clients. 

Conduct Zoom meetings for sales/marketing members to ensure smooth client interactions. 

Qualify leads through effective questioning, negotiation, and rapport building. 

Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and appointment details. 

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to meet appointment-setting goals. 

Handle objections professionally and ensure a high conversion of prospects into appointments. 

Research and understand client business needs in the US market. 

Deliver exceptional client handling and follow-up communication.  

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing (US process preferred). 

Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral/US accent. 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  

Ability to handle client calls and virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams). 

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications. 

Knowledge of the US business market and time zones. 

Ability to work in night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).  

Preferred Qualifications: 

1–3 years of experience in appointment setting/US process. 

Experience in B2B or B2C US sales campaigns. 

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: As per market standards & last drawn salary.
