Job Description
We’re Hiring | UK Process
📍 Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore (Work from Office)
🕒 Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Fixed Shift)/ 1.00 PM - 10.00 PM
🗓 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to UK-based SME customers
Understand customer requirements & recommend suitable products
Generate quotes and maintain CRM records
Build strong customer rapport & deliver excellent service
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
✅ Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
experience preferred (International Voice / US Staffing / Sales)
Experience in cold calling & lead generation
Target-driven with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
