Responsibilities - *Set up the kitchen *Make Italian cuisine like Pizza, Pasta, Garlic bread *Cook food in a timely manner *Ensure appealing plate presentation *Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests *Monitor food stock and place orders Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items *Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area *Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. *Provide assistance in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the restaurant, cleaning and clearing work areas, stocking supplies *Establish, maintain, and beautify a clean, orderly, and sanitary work area and kitchen Required skills - *Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook *Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment *Advanced knowledge of culinary & Excellent time management abilities *Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
