Job Description: Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in preparing reports. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
• Manage invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
• Update and maintain ledgers, financial statements, and records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial clarifications.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or experience in accounting (freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax rules.

Employment Type: Full-time (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Salary: 10000 to 12000 PM
