🔵 About the Role

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will work from our office and play a key role in expanding Unisoul Health’s network of wellness partners. Your job is to identify potential wellness vendors, communicate with them professionally, explain our platform, collect essential details, and support our onboarding process.

This role is perfect for freshers who want to learn sales communication, business operations, and real startup growth techniques—while working directly with the manager for daily guidance.

🔵 Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Research (Online)Search for wellness businesses such as:

• Skin clinics, Salons, spas, physiotherapy clinics, yoga centers, ayurvedic centers, fitness studios, etc.
• Use platforms like Google, Maps, Instagram, and Justdial.

2. Business Communication & CallingMake professional calls from the office

• Introduce Unisoul Health platform
• Explain benefits and onboarding process
• Follow up with interested vendors through phone or WhatsApp

3. Data Collection & Verification

Collect vendor details:

• Business name
• Owner name
• Phone number
• Address
• Services offered
• Photos / rate card (if available)

4. Reporting & DocumentationUpdate daily sheet (Excel / Google Sheets)

• Track vendor responses and follow-ups
• Submit end-of-day reports to management
• Attend short daily review meetings

5. Support Operations & OutreachHelp in awareness campaigns

• Share or promote digital content if required
• Support onboarding procedures

🔵 Skills Required

• Good communication in any local language or Hindi
• Confidence in speaking on phone calls
• Basic digital knowledge (Google, social media)
• Ability to research businesses online
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets
• Discipline, responsibility, and willingness to learn

🔵 Work Details

Office-based position

• 6–8 hours daily
• 6 days a week
• Daily reporting is mandatory
