Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
- Prepare food items as per restaurant standards
- Prepare North Indian food
- Dal, Sabzi, Paneer items, Roti, Paratha, Rice
- Ensure taste consistency & food quality
- Handle tawa & gas stove cooking
- Daily kitchen prep & order management
- Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in kitchen
- Proper storage of raw materials
- Support team during peak hours
Requirements Minimum
- 1 year experience as North Indian Cook
- Knowledge of home-style & restaurant-style cooking
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Punctual, disciplined & team-oriented
Preferred (Good to Have)Experience in restaurant / dhaba / café
- Candidate living near Geeta Bhawan / Palasia / AB Road
