We are Hiring: Phoenix ARC Pvt ltd•                                                                Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B/ Masters in law 

1. Experience: 3 plus years of legal experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or recovery law firms covering SARFAESI Act, Cheque bounce cases, Banking litigation, compliance and documentation.

• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India

• In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act , DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.

• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.

• Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.

• Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
