We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual for Life Insurance Manager/Distribution Manager in our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our distribution network, developing and executing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow the distribution network

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and customers

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

2. IRDA EXAM : Selected candidates must fill an application form for IRDA Examination ( 850 IRDA EXAM FEES ) 

3.Work as a Financial Advisor

4. A stipend of 50k will be compensated as per performance

5. Financial Advisor to Provisional Distribution Manager after completion training Parameters
