Loan Consultant

About the Role - 

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Loan Consultant who will support our business by sourcing eligible clients for Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products. This is a commission-only role, suitable for individuals with good networking and communication skills.

Responsibilities - 

1. Source potential clients who require Personal Loans, Business Loans, or other loan products.
2. Generate and share qualified leads with the internal loan processing team.
3. Explain basic loan requirements and documentation to clients.
4. Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
5. Coordinate with the company for updates on applications and disbursals.
6. Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
7. Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements -

1. 19+ Age is Mandatory
2. Good communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
3. Prior experience in loans, sales, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
5. Basic understanding of loans and financial products (training can be provided).
6. Smartphone and WhatsApp access required.

Compensation -

1. This is a purely commission-based role (no fixed salary).
2. Higher payouts for high-ticket-size disbursals.
