Transport & Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport operations and ensure smooth coordination of lorry movements.
• Communicate with transporters to resolve delays, discrepancies, and operational challenges.
• Monitor and ensure the timely execution of loading and unloading activities.
• Conduct occasional travel for physical verification of lorries and documents.
• Report key updates, challenges, and performance metrics to the directors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and office management skills.
• Experience in transport/logistics operations.
• Ability to manage and oversee back-office tasks effectively.
• Driving Licence Mandatory.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
