Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator – WPC Door & Frame

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Location: 125-126, Industrial Area Extension, Rau, Indore

Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with relevant machine knowledge can also apply)

Job Responsibilities:

Operate WPC door and frame manufacturing machines (cutting, routing, pressing, finishing)

Set up machines as per production requirements and drawings.

Ensure accurate cutting, sizing, and finishing of WPC doors and frames.

Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent product quality.

Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance.

Identify machine faults and report major issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.

Follow production targets, safety norms, and company SOPs.

Maintain daily production and machine operation records.

Ensure minimum wastage of raw material.

Skills & Requirements:

Knowledge of WPC door and frame manufacturing process.

Experience in operating industrial machines (WPC/PVC/Woodworking machines preferred).

Basic understanding of measurements, drawings, and quality standards.

Ability to handle tools and machinery safely.

Physically fit and willing to work in shifts if required.

Team player with a responsible and disciplined attitude.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / 10th–12th pass (preferred, not mandatory with experience)
