Job Description

Strategy & Consumer Intelligence Researcher to conduct social listening, customer persona research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping for social media and e-commerce. Responsible for actionable insights, strategy documents, and growth recommendations.


  • Collect insights from social media, e-commerce platforms and ad accounts
  • Perform social media listening and extract consumer, content, and trend insights
  • Develop customer personas using behavioural, demographic, and psychographic data
  • Conduct competitor research across social, marketplaces, ads, and websites
  • Map user journeys from awareness to conversion and identify drop-off points
  • Track KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversions, CAC, ROAS, ACOS, and retention
  • Create actionable insights and recommendations for strategy and growth
  • Build weekly and monthly performance and insight reports for internal teams and clients
  • Support strategy creation for social media, e-commerce, and website optimisation
  • Present data-backed findings clearly to founders and functional heads
