Job Overview:
Blueera is looking for energetic and result-driven Marketing Field Agents to expand our presence in Indore. The role involves on-ground marketing, onboarding local vendors, and promoting the Blueera platform to increase user engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit local markets, shops, and businesses to introduce Blueera services
Onboard vendors, service providers, and partners onto the platform
Promote Blueera’s offerings to customers and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses
Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and marketing targets
Provide feedback from the field to improve services and strategies
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps
Willingness to travel within the city
Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus
