Responsible for Sales for Electrical. To achieve this goal, he/she will have to: * To plan ,monitor & control sales plan to achieve business objectives * To meet Electrical Consultants and EPC contractors for brand approval and maintain good relations and contacts. * To capture competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and to tap new business opportunities. * To Plan and monitor execution activities as per target delivery date * Following up with the customers once the offer have been sent and carrying Techno -Commercial Negotiations with the customer for Orders * To plan & achieve the Order booking (as per budget) target * Effective Skill of Collection & Debtors * To improve relations with existing customers & develop relations with new customers as well as in new territory. Must have excellent at written and verbal communication, negotiation skills. Be a good team member. Should have client development as well as retention abilities.
