Boss Agro Chemicals is a growing pesticide manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality crop protection solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to strengthen our dealer network and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular field visits and touring in and around Indore and nearby regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Generate new orders and ensure consistent sales growth.
• Manage order processing and ensure smooth coordination with the internal team.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy payment flow.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer network.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in agro-chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, or FMCG sector).
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage dealer relationships professionally.
• Self-motivated, loyal, hardworking, and target-driven.
