Job Title: Medical Representative (MR)

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports To: Area Sales Manager

Location: Indore (Field-based territory)

Job Summary

We are launching Monocure Pharma's premium SKIN CARE product line and need dynamic Medical Representatives to promote dermatology products to doctors, dermatologists and Chemist Drive sales growth through doctor detailing, prescription generation, and chemist stocking in Indore territory.

Key Responsibilities1. Territory Management

• Execute daily field visits
• Plan routes covering dermatologists, skin clinics, pharmacies
• Ensure 90% territory coverage monthly

2. Product Promotion

• Conduct product detailing sessions on skin care range (anti-aging, acne, pigmentation)
• Demonstrate product efficacy, USPs, clinical results to HCPs
• Generate prescriptions through doctor education
• Proficiency in mobile applications is required.
• Collect doctor reviews and feedback to drive sales growth and product improvements.

3. Sales Targets

• Convert 50% of doctor visits to prescriptions
• Ensure 80% chemist stocking compliance

4. Relationship Building

• Maintain doctor loyalty (minimum 3 visits/quarter per key HCP)
• Regular chemist visits for stock replenishment, expiry management
• Build relationships with beauty salons/parlours for cosmeceutical sales

5. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor skin care brands
• Report pricing, new launches, prescription trends
• Identify high-potential clinics/salons

6. Reporting

• Daily WhatsApp/CRM reports (visits, samples, Rx generated)
• Weekly territory sales pipeline update
• Monthly market intelligence submission

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

✅ B.Pharm/B.Sc

✅ D.Pharm with 1+ years experience

Experience:

✅ 1-3 years pharma field sales (Immediate joiners preferred)

✅ Skin care/cosmeceutical sales advantage

Skills:

✅ Female candidates preferred (field travel role)

✅ Fluent English + local language

✅ Two-wheeler with valid license (travel allowance provided)

✅ MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
