Merchandising Head

• Strategy & Planning: Develop merchandising plans, set budgets, and align product strategies with business goals. 
• Product Management: Manage product assortments, analyze sales data, forecast inventory needs, and source new products. 
• Visual Merchandising: Design store layouts, create planograms, and optimize product placement for physical and digital stores. 
• Sales & Promotion: Implement promotional activities, develop pricing strategies, and monitor sales performance. 
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage merchandising teams and staff. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, buyers, and supply chain to ensure cohesive strategies. 
• Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Creativity for visual appeal and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of inventory management and supply chain.
