Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven working experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data analysis/reporting role.

​We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive (Management Information System Executive) to join our operations team.

You will be handling our crucial business data, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting information that drives strategic decision-making across all departments. This is a critical role that demands high proficiency in data management and analytical tools.

​​Required Qualifications & Skills

•​Advanced Excel Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Excel functions, formulas and data modeling.

•​Data Structuring: Thorough knowledge and practical experience in working with and managing large, complex Excel sheets and data structures.

•​Pivot Tables & Dashboards: Expert-level skills in creating and manipulating Pivot Tables and using them to build insightful dynamic dashboards.

•​Educational Background: A strong foundation, with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Computer Applications).

•​Analytical Mindset: Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

•​Quantitative Background: A background or degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline would be a significant advantage.

•​Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

•​Data Compilation & Reporting: Consolidate data from various sources (sales, inventory, operations, etc.) into comprehensive reports and dashboards for management review.

•​Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide insights that support business goals and operational efficiency.

•​Report Automation: Develop and maintain automated MIS reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.

•​Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, reporting processes, and enhance the overall accuracy and efficiency of information systems.

•​Ad-hoc Analysis: Fulfill urgent, custom data requests from department heads and senior leadership.
