About the Role:

Learner Aid is looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage our digital presence across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. This role focuses on building an engaged community of students and institutions, creating meaningful content, and showcasing our brand in the global education space. 

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute engaging social media strategies focused on students and institutions
• Manage and grow our Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms with consistent, high-quality content
• Create informative and engaging posts, reels, and articles to build an active community
• Develop social campaigns that drive organic traffic and generate leads
• Research and write compelling emailers, presentations, and communication material
• Monitor trends and competitor activities in the study abroad industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote services and campaigns

1. Requirements:

• Excellent at community engagement and content storytelling
• Proficient in Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and other social tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Prior experience in organic lead generation and campaign management

Preferred: Experience working in the education or study abroad industry
