MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with excellent MS Excel skills to manage and analyze company data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, and support management in decision-making. The candidate should be sharp with numbers, quick in analysis, and efficient in maintaining accurate records across departments.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from sales, purchase, production, and accounts departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze data trends related to sales, raw material consumption, and inventory performance.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, and charts for performance tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of all records and reports.
• Support management with data-driven insights and decision support.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth data flow and error correction.
• Automate repetitive reports and improve efficiency through Excel formulas and macros.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data at all times.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Macros (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets or ERP-based reporting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proactive and disciplined approach to reporting deadlines
