Network Technician

1. Network Setup & ConfigurationInstall and configure LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and wireless access points.

• Implement structured cabling (CAT6/Fiber) and maintain clear labeling and documentation.
• Manage IP addressing, VLAN configurations, and basic network security setups.

2. CCTV Installation & MaintenanceInstall and configure IP/Analog cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video management systems.

• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of cameras and storage systems.
• Set up remote access and mobile viewing for CCTV systems.
• Ensure camera coverage, focus, and system uptime meet client requirements.

3. Computer Hardware & IT SupportAssemble, install, and maintain desktop PCs, printers, and basic server setups.

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues including RAM, HDD/SSD, power supply, and peripherals.
• Install operating systems, antivirus, and basic productivity software.
• Perform system backups, updates, and basic data recovery.
• Configure shared printers, file sharing, and local network devices.

4. Troubleshooting & MaintenanceIdentify and resolve issues related to network downtime, connectivity, or camera failures.

• Replace defective hardware or cabling promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation of service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
