Office Assistant Job Opening

*Working Hours:* 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)  

We're looking for a smart, energetic young woman to join our small office team and handle day-to-day operations. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and great with people, this could be perfect for you!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage office tasks: Filing, scheduling, inventory, and general admin work.

- Handle system and computer operations: Basic troubleshooting, data entry, and software use.

- Interact with clients: Answer calls/emails, coordinate meetings, and provide support.

- Assist with digital marketing: Social media posts, basic content creation, and online promotions.

*Requirements:*

- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet basics).

- Strong communication skills for client interactions.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred, but trainable).

- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Freshers with enthusiasm or 1+ year experience welcome.
