Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with Management, Team and Clients 2. Prepare meeting notes, identify tasks and track them 3. Support HR and admin activities 4. Finance document preparation and tracking 5. Manage mail, calendar, and calls for the Management and scheduled the meetings 6. Prepare company’s analytical and other documents 7. Make managements travel arrangements 8. Visit government and other administrative offices for required jobs. 9. Office support in multiple international time zone 10.Take care of office supplies, vendor management 11. Banking, Accounting, Taxation and Investment Management 12. Lead Generation for potential International Clients, Making outreach to potential International Clients 13. Good Verbal and Written Communications Skills - to be able to communicate with international clients 14. Project Coordination and Tracking 15. Ability to make professional Power point Presentations, and other client presentations
