Office Boy / Peon

Role Overview:The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office premises, assisting staff with basic administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires a responsible, punctual, and trustworthy individual who can manage routine tasks efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Office Maintenance & CleanlinessEnsure cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
• Perform daily dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.

• 2. Pantry & RefreshmentsPrepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors.
• Manage pantry supplies and inform the admin team when stock needs replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry area and utensils.
• 3. Administrative SupportAssist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
• Deliver and collect documents from departments or external vendors when required.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs, projectors, and refreshments.
• 4. Office AssistanceHandle basic errands within and outside the office.

• 5. Visitor & Staff SupportGreet visitors and offer refreshments.
• Support staff during events, meetings, or office activities.
