Responsibilities / जिम्मेदारियाँ :

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, premium experience
• मेहमानों का अच्छे से स्वागत करना और उन्हें अच्छा अनुभव देना

• Manage bookings, slot timings, and guest coordination
• बुबुकिंग, टाइम स्लॉट और मेहमानों का सही तालमेल रखना

• Set up decor, ambience, and overall venue design
• डेकोरेशन, माहौल और वेन्यू की सेटअप तैयार करना (बलून लगाना, सजावट करना, थिएटर को सजाना और सजावट हटाना, जगह साफ रखना)

• Coordinate celebrations, surprise setups, and special moments
• सेलिब्रेशन और सरप्राइज़ सेटअप को अच्छे से मैनेज करना

• Handle PlayStation 5, OTT access, and basic theatre tech operations
• PlayStation 5, OTT और बेसिक थिएटर सिस्टम संभालना

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and venue readiness at all times
• PlayStation 5, OTT और बेसिक थिएटर सिस्टम संभालना

• Manage opening and closing responsibilities of the venue
• वेन्यू खोलने और बंद करने की जिम्मेदारी निभाना

• Support staff coordination and smooth daily operations
• स्टाफ के साथ मिलकर रोज़ का काम अच्छे से संभालना

• Monitor inventory and maintain quality standards
• सामान की गिनती रखना और क्वालिटी बनाए रखना

• Build partnerships by calling or visiting vendors and venues
• दुकानदार से बात करना और पार्टनरशिप के लिए विज़िट करना

• Perform basic bill calculations (packages, add-ons, extra time)
• बिल बनाना और पैकेज / एक्स्ट्रा टाइम का हिसाब रखना

• Handle cash, UPI, and online payments responsibly
• कैश, UPI और ऑनलाइन पेमेंट सही तरीके से संभालना

• Handle Event Items (food, cake and all...) delivery from Partnered Outlets
• इवेंट के सामान (खाना, केक आदि) की डिलीवरी संभालना

WHO CAN APPLY / कौन आवेदन कर सकता है :

• 10th pass / 12th pass candidates, Freshers or candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience
• 10वीं / 12वीं पास, फ्रेशर्स या 1+ साल का अनुभव रखने वाले

• Degree, or Diploma in Hospitality preferred
• हॉस्पिटैलिटी में डिग्री / डिप्लोमा वालों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी

• Strong communication and guest-handling skills
• अच्छी बात करने और मेहमानों को संभालने की क्षमता

• Basic leadership and team coordination ability
• टीम को संभालने और साथ मिलकर काम करने की समझ

• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
• अच्छी पर्सनैलिटी और प्रोफेशनल व्यवहार

• Comfortable with weekend and evening shifts
• वीकेंड और शाम से देर रात तक की शिफ्ट में काम करने के लिए तैयार

• Willingness to learn and grow in a premium hospitality environment
