Operation Executive

Job Title: Backend Operations & Sales Support ExecutiveRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who can manage backend operations while actively supporting sales through call handling, lead conversion, and coordination across departments. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and data management skills.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Backend OperationsMaintain and update daily operational data (orders, inventory, dispatch, etc.)
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Support internal systems and process execution
• 2. Sales Call Handling & ConversionAttend inbound and outbound sales calls
• Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business
• Maintain call records and conversion reports
• 3. Data ManagementManage CRM / Excel databases for leads, customers, and orders
• Analyze data for sales performance and operational efficiency
• Generate periodic MIS reports
• 4. Interdepartmental CoordinationCoordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Operations teams
• Ensure smooth flow of information between departments
• Track order status and resolve internal bottlenecks
• 5. Multitasking & Process HandlingHandle multiple tasks simultaneously under deadlines
• Prioritize tasks effectively
• Support management in day-to-day business operations
• Required Skills:Good communication (Hindi + English preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• CRM handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving and coordination skills
• Qualification & Experience:Graduate (any stream)
• 1–4 years of experience in operations / sales support / backend role
• Freshers with strong skills can also be considered
